Opened in 2018, the Forno di Volpaia bakes bread, pizzas, focaccia, cakes and traditional Tuscan dishes to be eaten outdoors in the magnificent setting of Volpaia.

We are open every day from 12 to 6pm.

The healthiest and simplest Italian food that accompanies all the Tuscan cuisine is baked daily and its scent welcomes you as soon as you arrive in Volpaia.

The bread of Volpaia

It is baked according to local tradition working with sourdough and organic flours. Savoury pies, rolls of vegetables from the garden, delicious sweets, crumbly pastries are the ingredients of the success of the Oven.

The gelato cart

Only a few flavours, like the traditional homemade ice-cream cart; prepared by being inspired by what surrounds us: cypress ice cream, cantucci and vinsanto, extra virgin olive oil ice cream, and of course there are also traditional flavours.
