You can book a dinner or lunch in one of the internal rooms, in the charming room where the historical vintages of Volpaia wines are kept or on the terrace.
Our menu changes several times a year depending on the season and the availability of fresh and local raw materials that mostly come from our organically grown gardens.

We dined in this restaurant that offers a menu with traditional Tuscan dishes. Excellent appetizers and divine risotto with celery and horseradish. A real discovery the chianti tuna. Osteria Volpaia a confirmation.
I came to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I met Marco and Nadia from their Momio restaurant in Florence and I was curious to see and especially to taste this new experience of theirs. Well the journey of 100 Km on a Vespa in the beautiful Chianti region was well worth it! Marco with his innovative cuisine and Nadia with her welcome gave us a wonderful experience between traditional Tuscan dishes such as Chianti tuna and innovative dishes such as deer tartare, all accompanied by excellent Chianti Riserva from the Volpaia estate. Without forgetting the location of the ancient village which is truly a wedding favors.

A little place from heaven to heaven!!! Arrived late, after 2 pm and an extraordinary service without haste, friendly and attentive and thank you Lorenzo! Extraordinary dishes presented beautifully without banality or exaggeration ... a bowl of pheasant that is a picture like the equipment and the "simple" bread and oil. Fabulous!

Marco and Nadia, where perfection is at home.
The environment is more informal than MoMio, but the place is unique: the village of Volpaia where the great chef Marco Lagrimino has the opportunity to continue to experiment with combinations and textures without betraying the expectations of those who want traditional Tuscan cuisine (but impeccably prepared).
I would have liked to try one of the two tasting menus, "Approaching" (with a choice of 4 courses) or "Trust me" (6 surprise courses) but Fabio and I, as usual, want to try different dishes. We choose à la carte an appetizer (the eggplant DolceForte lui, the pheasant terrine with wild berries io), a first course (spaghetti with zucchini and anchovy colatura lui, rabbit tortelli with hazelnut base io) and a dessert (an ice cream of tomato and cream surrounded by mascarpone siphoned with crispy honey and rosemary cooked cream with grilled peach and pine nuts Fabio). All accompanied by Spumante Brut Volpaia sparkling wine of 2010 makes the dinner unforgettable, with Nadia's welcoming and exuding service and the creativity supported by Marco's experience.
