Villa with PRIVATE POOL, can be rented for a minimum of 5 days.
La Pozza is located a few meters from the center of the fortified village of Volpaia. The Villa has a private garden, parking and a splendid swimming pool (9mx5m, generally open from the end of May to the end of September) overlooking a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. From inside the main house it is possible to access to the patio equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The Villa is furnished with antiques and equipped with the most modern comforts: television, DVD player, stereo with CD player, free Wifi Internet.

Main House: for 9 people. Ground floor: entrance: living room with fireplace and access to the garden and covered patio; Lunchroom; large equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to the patio; single room with bathroom

First floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; bedroom with two single beds; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower and bathtub); large double bedroom with direct exit to the garden; bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Dependence: for 2 people. It is equipped with a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The windows are protected by mosquito nets.
